Ingredients

4 Cup
romaine lettuce

Directions

Step 1
Make the rice: Rinse the rice for about 1 minute or until the water runs clear. Add the rinsed rice, water, salt, pepper, turmeric, and parsley to a pot and stir to combine. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Once done, remove from heat and let the pot sit covered for 10 minutes. Sponge the rice with a fork when done.
Step 2
Make the lamb balls: Add lamb, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a bowl. Mix with clean hands to combine. Remove two tablespoons of the mix and shape into a ball or a patty and set aside. Heat up some oil on a pan, add the lamb balls or patties and cook 4 minutes per side.
