Remove the tops and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them in to strips.

Cut the onion in strips as well. Set the bell peppers and onion strips aside in a bowl.

Cut the chicken breasts in to strips and place them in a bowl.
Step 4
Season the chicken with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix with clean hands until the chicken is well seasoned.
